Carolina Keller Jupitz's practice focuses on international family, child and inheritance law (specialising in bi-national marriages). Due to her cultural background as a dual Swiss-Brazilian citizen, she advises and represents her clients in Portuguese, German and English in all matters of family and inheritance law (parental custody, child maintenance, separation, divorce, recognition of foreign divorce judgements).
As an experienced litigator, she also represents the interests of national and international clients in disputes in contract and corporate law as well as in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. Her further expertise lies in the areas of general criminal law and white-collar crime, where she represents her clients as a defence lawyer or as a representative of injured parties.
