Mirjam Holdener is admitted to the bar of all Swiss Courts since 2008. After several years of court practice at both the District Court and the Commercial Court of Zurich, she switched to the attorney's office over ten years ago, where she advises and represents her clients in all matters of family and inheritance law due to her quick comprehension, efficient and careful work style, and high level of social competence. As a proven litigator, she keeps a cool head even in highly contentious matters and comes to the right strategic decisions with you.

Mirjam Holdener is also an experienced party representative in contract, banking and financial market law. Criminal defence and the representation of injured parties are also part of her core competence.
